Refund Policy

Short version: try it free first, pay only for the games you track, and if something goes wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

First game free

Every new goalie gets their first game tracked free. No card is needed, so you're never charged for it.

No subscription

Games are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing renews. Your games and stats stay saved.

Refunds

Charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge): we'll refund it in full.
Unused games: email us within 14 days of a purchase and we'll refund any games from it that haven't been tracked yet.
Games that have already been tracked aren't refunded.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

How to ask

Email goalieiqanalytics@gmail.com with the email on your account and what happened. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer protection law.
