Last updated: October 2026

GoalieIQ Analytics ("GoalieIQ", "we", "us") is operated by Matias Baker in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA). Questions or requests: goalieiqanalytics@gmail.com.

What we collect

We don't collect more than we need to run the service, and we don't use advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails without your consent. Any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

Users under 18

Many of our users are young athletes. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to create an account, and they agree to our Terms and this policy on your behalf. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information. We don't knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own account; a parent or guardian should create and manage it.

Keeping your data safe

Access to data is restricted at the database level, so each person can only reach the data they're allowed to see. Payments are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a breach puts you at real risk.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open, so your history and trends stay available even if your subscription ends. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, games, stats, notes and access records. Uploaded video files are removed from storage on request. Stripe keeps billing records as required by law.

Your rights and choices

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we make important changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and let account holders know.
